Welcome to Empire Lifestyle. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our premium chauffeur services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Empire Lifestyle provides luxury chauffeur services including airport transfers, city transfers, hourly provisions, event transportation, and diplomatic mission support across Paris, the French Riviera, and other premium destinations.
All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or by phone. A booking confirmation will be sent to you upon successful reservation.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and 48 hours for special events or large group transportation.
Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in Euros unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Passengers are expected to be ready at the designated pickup time and location. Empire Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by passenger unavailability. Passengers must treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect.
Empire Lifestyle maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. However, we are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

Empire Lifestyle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
